Exchangemall.com is a diversified company with interests in businesses in the service industry, technology, and Internet e-commerce, the most important of these being First National Information Network (FNIN). FNIN sells pre-qualified business and investor leads and contact databases, as well as value-added services, to businesses throughout North America.

2007 Economic Outlook

The 2007 calendar year will bring opportunity and profitability for Exchangemall.com as we strengthen our balance sheet and expand into emerging business sectors including publishing, digital media distribution, and high profit, limited risk Internet ventures.

We expect to achieve the following goals during 2007:

  • Increase Exchangemall.com gross sales by 40% over the previous fiscal year
  • Achieve FNIN sales growth of 50% over 2006 results
  • Launch INVESTOR CONCEPTS, a new online and print magazine for investors
  • Start F9 BizPak, a ValPak-style direct mailing specifically for investors
  • Facilitate a smooth private to public transition

Marketing Plan

During 2006, FNIN marketing centered around search engine optimization (SEO) strategies which have helped the company to grow its Internet ranking from a position over 1,500,000 to a current Internet rank of 332,868 (source: Alexa.com). FNIN has recently launched a new website which is designed to simultaneously improve Internet presence, support existing customers and generate new sales, and can be visited at www.fnin.com.

This year, FNIN will launch a new print and online advertising campaign which asks the question, Can You Pick Out The Pre-Qualified Investor?, with links to a corresponding Macromedia Flash online game that gives prospects the opportunity to select the "pre-qualified investor" for a chance to win a new DELL personal computer, an Apple iPOD, or other incentives.

FNIN will also bolster it's customer service so that it meets the needs of every customer. We expect this effort to help generate an increase of 20% - 30% in repeat business.
